Description
Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Encision Electrosurgery of Boulder, CO for the following: 1) One set of AEM electrosurgical instruments, to include the following (followed by catalog number): 5 each AEM cord adapters (ES9005), 69 each 5mm AEM instrument handles (ES8000), 1 each hook scissor insert (ES0010), 1 each bottle nose grasper insert (ES0012), 16 each curved Maryland dissectors (ES0501), 2 each fenestrated grasper inserts (ES0507), 6 each rounde nose grasper inserts (ES0508), 8 each standard grapser inserts (ES0514), 2 each micro fenestrated graspers (ES0529), 2 each 7mm right angle dissector inserts (ES0530), 1 each 9-10mm strong curved dissector (ES0531), 4 each arched fenestrated forceps inserts (ES0532), 1 each curved tapered dissector insert (ES0546), 1 each diamond forceps right angle 35cm (ES0548), 5 each biopsy spoon inserts (ES0551), 8 each flat J-hook AEM electrodes (ES3509B), 1 each J-hook AEM electrode (ES3510B), 6 each L-diamond AEM electrodes (ES3511B), 1 each square-L AEM electrode (ES3514B), 1 each trumpet luer valve (ES3700-PT), 1 each spatula SIE electrode (ES3772-40), 1 each J-hook SIE electrode (ES3774-30), 4 each disposable three-quarters curved scissors inserts (ES0102), 4 each disposable sheaths (ES0150A), and 4 each AEM disposable cords (ES4107). The Encision Electrosurgery AEM instruments use patented active electrode monitoring technology to minimize inadvertant collateral tissue damage outside of the surgeon?s field of view during laparoscopic surgery. This technology helps in dynamic and continuous monitoring of electrosurgical current flow. The estimated delivery date is 18 Nov 05.
