- Solicitation Number: SP0530-05-R-0049 establishes a new OPEN SEASON for HEAVY EQUIPMENT Current new solicitation replaces solicitation SP0500-02-R-HP-01. Opening Date : 23 Sept. 2005 Closing Date: 31 Dec 2005. Points of Contact for various equipment lines are listed in the solicitation. Contracting P.O.C. for general questions: P. Greensweig 215-737-7244. NEW offerers are being sought to be added to the existing Defense Supply Center Philadelphia?s multi-award, commercial, heavy equipment requirements contracts. Types of equipment manufacturers/dealers being sought are for all range of construction, environmental, material handling, forestry, lawn and brush cutting. Also included are dump trucks, articulated off road trucks, construction work place vehicles. Pricing should be submitted for a manufacturer's entire commercial product line. Only one award will be placed for each manufacturer's products. There will be no duplicate OEM product lines. Equipment leasing, equipment rebuild and extended service plans along with ancillary equipment services may also be offered. Proposals for equipment and products already on contract will not be entertained.
