- Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS is soliciting for lumber. LUMBER STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT PERIOD OF 1OCT 2005 THROUGH 30 SEP 2006 Material will be delivered to Building 900. Deliveries should be made within 5 days of order placement and will be on an as needed basis. Trucks will need capability of unloading themselves with forklift. Delivery times: 8:30 am to 11:00 am I :00 pm to 3 :00 pm Invoices should be mailed to: Naval Construction Training Center 5510 CBC 8th Street Attn: Dave Spieles Gulfport, MS 39501 POC: Dave Spieles Phone: 228-871-2977 or Fax 228-871-2905 Payment will be made by: Government Wide Purchase Card (MasterCard) Dave Spieles will provide card number and authorize payment upon receipt of material and invoice. Description of items: All lumber will be free of cracks, splits, warps, and twists. Material will be banded or strapped in uniform stacks to be picked up with forklift. Lumber, yellow pine, 2"x 4"x 8' Estimated yearly requirement of 12000 pieces Lumber, yellow pine, 2"x 4"x 12' Estimated yearly requirement of 2200 pieces Lumber, yellow pine, l"x 6"x 12' Estimated yearly requirement of 2000 pieces Lumber, yellow pine, 2"x 6"x 12' Estimated yearly requirement of 2800 pieces Lumber, yellow pine, 2"x 12"x 10' Estimated yearly requirement of 1100 pieces Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by identifying themselves and giving written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen(15) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis. All contractors that request a copy of this quotation MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Register(CCR).
