Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source. The following applies: provide all labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation necessary to perform quarterly maintenance, inspections and tune up; monthly help desk utilization of the Access Control System using Dorado/MAXX_NET software and hardware. The NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $10,500,000. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses to this notice must be submitted within two days after this electronic posting.
