- Description
- Amendment 004 for this solicitation has been issued and posted at www.fbo.gov. The text of the amendment is as follows. 1. The primary purpose of this amendment is to dissolve the small business set-aside requirement. This acquisition shall now be handled on an unrestricted basis, and all responsible concerns are welcome to submit quotations. Those concerns that submitted quotations previously need not submit new quotations but are free to do so if desired. The due date and time is extended until Thursday, September 29, 2005, 4:00pm Dallas local time. A revised page 1 of the solicitation is provided. 2. Amendment 003 provided replacement pages 8 and 12 as a result of corrections being made. Unfortunately, the pages did not include a reference to Amendment 003. This oversight has been corrected. Replacement pages 8 and 12 annotated "Amendment 004" are provided. Note: Prospective Quoters are reminded that past performance is considered in selecting the successful Contractor for this solicitation. Quoters must provide the information requested (see items A.27, A.28, and A.31 in the solicitation). Interested firms should download the relating solicitation, HSBP1005Q0569 from the FedBizOpps site for additional information, specifications, requirements, and instructions. Interested firms are encouraged to email or fax offers/quotations to the Contracting Officer (see below), however express package service may be utilized. If using express service, ship to: Arthur S.
