Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with L-3 COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION for the purchase of the Standard OMNI,P/N #DS0040 P/N# DS0042. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order for delivery and installation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to L-3 COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION is the creator, manufacturer and supplier of this item. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Macdill AFB, FL. NAICS Code is 517110 and small business size standard is 1,500 Employees . The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001 and provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items.
