Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION Library Technicians, ORS/NIDA under Reference Nr. N05CW06 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Library Technicians, ORS/NIDA that included but where not limited to document delivery, shelving, reference assistance, circulation, serials/journals management and other library activities. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On August 5, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
