PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION Medical Dental Equipment, Biomedical Engineer and Repair of Other Equipment, Clinical Center under Reference Nr. N05GR01 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Medical Dental Equipment, Biomedical Engineer and Repair of Other Equipment, Clinical Center that included but were not limited to service of medical/dental laboratory equipment and research project computers, provide customer and other equipment services. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On August 5, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
