Description

The work involves maintenance for Casper Control Center Mod Comp system and peripheral devices located in Wyoming Area Office in Mills WY. The term of the contract will be from 10-1-2005 thru 9-30-2006 with options to extend up to two additional one year terms. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #06SQ6A0009 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4:00 pm, local time on 9-29-2005. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541511. The small business size is 21 million. Service maintenance agreement for Casper Control Center according to the Statement of Work (SOW), and additional clauses can be obtained by faxing a request to Tonya A. Pittsley at 307-261-5691. Destination price required. Basis of award will be on price. The following FAR clauses apply and can be viewed at www.arnet.gov/far/.
