Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Digitalnet Government Solutions, LLC doing business as BAE Systems Information Technology LLC, 2525 Network Pl, Herndon VA for two (2) DII XTS-400 Systems (Model 2800) to include software, site survey, installation, and warranty. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
