Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13)for internet ads for 3 months. The Patient Recruitment and Public Liaison Office of the NIH Clinical Center (CC) is interested in having a presence on the internet with a major news outlet to inform the public about the studies currently being conducted at the NIH. Requirements: The vendor must be a major news and health outlet in the Washington Metropolitan area with exposure in other areas across the country. The vendor must have a clinical trials website The vendor must be able and willing to post ads and clinical trials information on a visible place on their clinical trials site. The vendor must be able to link ad information to the NIH website or splash page where the reader can obtain additional information. Responsibilities of the Government The government will supply all of the written information to include in the ads and splash pages for posting or url?s for specific study information located on the NIH clinical studies website. The government will supply all photos to be used in the ads Responsibilities of the Vendor The vendor shall provide creative support for the development and format of the ads and splash pages. The vendor shall include links to other NIH clinical trials information site, if needed The vendor shall prepare the ads so that the information about the different diseases can rotate on the site. The vendor shall supply the government with monthly information about the number of ad rotations, the number of hits and visits to the site ads and splash pages.
