- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial Supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
