- VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302 with Kodak Health Imaging, PO Box 129, Lake City FL, 32056-0129 to provide full service and preventive maintenance for the following equipment located at VA Medical Center, Cooper Drive Division, 1101Veterans Dr., Lexington KY: 1) One (1) Kodak DirectView DR7100 Digital XRay System; 2) Two (2) Kodak DirectView CR850 Systems. No solicitation package is available. Period of performance is October 8, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with two one-year option renewal terms. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying these requirements. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests will be accepted. Faxes will not be accepted. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
