Proposed site should be located within a 10 mile radius of the Charlotte NC Northpark Annex (4400 A Northlake Ct., Charlotte NC 28216-2386). A minimum of 30 dock doors are required. Height of dock doors must be 48 to 52 inches; to accommodate 53 foot trailer capacity. Employee parking lot must accommodate 50 employees. Hours of operation: 24 hours/day, 7day/week.
