Description: The Contractor shall provide continued (Phases 8 - 13)Professional Developmental planning, conducting, and evaluating of Middle School training for the educators of Hanau, Giessen, Wiesbaden, Mannheim, Darmstadt and Heidelberg Middle Schools. This is on-going building and progressive project; Phase 1 commenced in November 2002. Numbered Note 22 Supplement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The intended contractor is the National Resource Center for Middle School Grades at the University of South Florida who has provided services since November 2002.
