Description

This publication serves as a notice that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will issue a Request for Proposal for Litigation Support Services covering the following three Superfund sites: Coeur d?Alene, Midnite Mine, and Palermo. Under this contract, the contractor shall furnish professional services, materials and equipment required to provide expert witness and litigation support. . The contract includes work efforts related to the preparation for and provision of expert testimony during litigation, efforts to produce site documents to support discovery activities and efforts related to technical assistance during litigation. Additional activities include: reviewing documents, assist in preparation of affidavits, preparation and attendance at meetings and technical support at meetings with Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs). EPA anticipates issuing a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) for this requirement. The North American Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 541620. This will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract.
