- PRE-HOSPITAL TRAUMA LIFE SUPPORT CERTIFICATION This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17TH Street Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a purchase order for non-personal services for the Army Medical Department Center and School/Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, to the National Assoc iation of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), Inc.; P.O. Box 1400, 408 Monroe Street, Clinton, Mississippi 39060-4210, to certify graduates of the Defense Medical Readiness Training Institutes program in Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support training. Thi s is a sole source procurement. It is anticipated that solicitation W81K04-05-T-0023 will be released on or about 14 September 2005. CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with NAEMT, Inc., under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), however any offer s from interested parties will be considered. Award will be made on or about 20 September 2005. The performance period will be 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. Point of contact is Mr. John B.
