- Description
- The Government is seeking qualified sources to perform asbestos containing materials (ACM) removal. Buildings may be in various stages of decay/deterioration and contain (ACM). The following hazards may also be present: toxic mold, lead based pai nt, PCB-containing paint, or small residual amounts of propellants, explosives, or pyrotechnic mixtures. The Government is seeking capability information from all qualified sources, i.e., Small Business Concerns, Large Business Concerns, Small Disadvanta ge Business Concerns, Hub zone Business Concerns, etc.. Provide information related to your capabilities to perform the above type of work, any licenses possessed (to include state licensed in), company references, as well as company size status. These efforts shall be subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). FAR clause 52.219-14, Limitation in Subcontracting shall apply to all Small Business Concerns.
