Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W912CZ-05-T-0079. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards  500 Employees: The applicable NAICS is 332722. (v) The item requested is as follows: CLIN 0001: 2 ea. Precision Embossing Machines, utilized for Military ID Tags. Available fonts - Embossing: Simplex 2, Block, Block USA, OCR B1, Debossing: Dog-Tag. Plate Dimensions - Width: min 1.2- max 4.5; Height: min 0.79  3.5; Thickness: from 0 .02 to 0.04. Embossing area  Up to 2.5 from the top edge of the plate leaving free 0.15 from the bottom. Measurements are defined according to the base of the character. CLIN 0002: Shipping to the following address: 203rd Personnel Service Bn, 203rd PSB, ATTN :APVR-WASB-AG, BLDG 3401, Santlago Ave. FT.
