Description

Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, has a new requirement for services in support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education programs to include providing academic advisement, information and guidance plus preparation of documents associated with the services provided. Estimated quantity is 208 six-hour units per year, normally 4 units per week. The NAICS code is 611710, size standard $6M. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA5000-05-T-0054, will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The RFQ will be issued on or about 13 September 2005 with a closing date on or about 22 September 2005. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that a paper solicitation will not be issued, and all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on the EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register for this solicitation number, FA5000-05-T-0054, through EPS to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted.
