- The 436th Contracting Squadron at Dover AFB Delaware intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to purchase Legal Office Decor. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1Q0FM5229A400 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20050901. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 424990, size standard 500 Employees.
