- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0376 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 333415 and small business size standard 750 Employees. (v) (1) Purchase and installation of 15,000 BTU roof air conditioner and compatible generators in (5) vans. Statement of Work is available and will be provided to all interested vendors. (vii) Delivery and performance will take place between Bldg. 5500 and Bldg. 5428, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, 85707 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
