This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for an estimated base year quantity of 21 each and 28 each for each option year. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full & Open Competition. Approved source is Cage 04577. Production delivery is 168 days ARO at FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Solicitation will include ABVS and Options to extend contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
