Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to Comcast Corporation for traditional cable television services for the CFTC Headquarters building located at 1155 21st Street, NW; Washington, DC. The period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. Description of the scope of work is as follows: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, repair parts and supplies, services, and materials, except those to be specified as Government-furnished, for the engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of the cable television services. Performance shall be in accordance with the technical standards required or recommended by the FCC as set forth in 47 CFR Part 76 and directives. All responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include price and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone responses will be accepted. No solicitation document is available.
