- In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) circular A-76 (Revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, May 29, 2003. The United States Marshals Service announces the results of the A-76 Streamlined Competition for transportation assistants services in the Districts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New York and Central California. The Streamlined Competition Form (SLCF) was completed on August 29, 2005, and disclosed that performance by Government personnel is more cost effective than performance by private industry personnel. Accordingly, the Contracting Officer shall execute a letter of obligation with the officials responsible for performing the commercial activities. In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised), no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition. The SLCF shall be made available to the public, upon request.
