Description

HURRICANE KATRINA DISASTER RECOVERY EFFORT. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Urban Search & Rescue IST White Team, Gulfport, MS is seeking the short term rental of a 15,000 lbs gas/diesel forklift with the following features: 24 inch load center, forks 84 inch to 96 inch(no extensions allowed), tires must be semi hard or pneumatic with a diameter of not less than 8.25 X 15(a diameter of about 24 inch), Diesel is preferred, propane not allowable on-site, dependable with low running hours. Delivery shall be to a staging area in Gulfport, MS NLT Sept. 9th, 2005. All business concerns that feel they possess the capabilities to provide a short term rental and are capable of providing this service are required to provide a short Capabilities Statement.
