Description

Work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and performing work in connection with the renovation of barracks Buildings 4255, 4265, 4275, 4285 and 4295. Major elements of renovation are HVAC, latrine, safe/secure system, and LEED requir ements. Estimate range is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Funds are not currently available. Number of buildings awarded should funds become available will be determined at time of award. The government reserves the right to award any, all, none or any com bination of items. Multiple awards will not be made. This is set aside for Service Disabled Veterans. Please Note: Due to technical difficulties encountered, the solicitation and drawings could not be loaded to the internet, causing an unforeseen delay . Solicitation documents and drawings must be requested In Righting from the contract specialist. A site visit will be conducted.
