Description
Purpose of this amendment is to include the SOW and provide access to picture SOW: 1. General. The contractor shall provide, deliver, and install motorized window shades at Arnold Hall, Building 2302 on the windows overlooking the exterior theatre balcony area. 1.1. Window area to be covered by the motorized window shades is approximately 325 inches high and approximately 1,284 inches wide. The motorized shades shall be installed in two (2) sections, the top section shall cover a window area of approximately 169 inches in height while the lower section shall cover a window area approximately 156 inches in height. 1.2. Motorized window shades shall meet the following criteria: - Color of window shades shall be “Pewter”. - Window shades shall be washable, flame retardant, and fade resistant. - Window shades shall have a reversible texture weave with alternating predominant color in the warp and fill (front and back) and shall be of a satin & diamond weave. - Window shades shall have an openness construction of 1-2%. - UV deterioration shall be zero. - Installation shall include a motor control system with two (2) wall mounted switches and capable of two (2) operation modes; Normal Mode (shades may stop anywhere on the windows) and Uniform Mode ( shades may stop at up to five (5) user defined positions). 2. Scope of Work. The contractor shall inspect the window shades for any damages prior to installation. The contractor shall perform any electrical and mounting work necessary for the installation of the motorized window shades. The contractor shall barricade the work area during installation of window shades to prohibit entry of unauthorized personnel and shall clean the area daily. 3.
