Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce intends to lease or rent parking spaces SOLICITATION SA1301-06-RP-0002. This procurement will be a negotiated, fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ) unrestricted participation. The Department of Commerce intends to lease or rent up to 100 parking spaces for employee carpoolers located at 14th & Constitution Ave., N.W. Washington D.C. The parking lot(s) shall be within walking distance, one mile from the footpad at the entrance of the Herbert C. Hoover Building. This contract will consist of a base period and four one-year option periods. Government may make multiple awards for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date is 1 October 2005.
