- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested, and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. TheSolicitation number is FA4814-05-R-0026. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. DESCRIPTION: This new requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business, the North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 327331, the size standard is 500 employees (Not to Exceed). Performance Work Statement: Concrete Lego Blocks, 800 each, 10? X 30? X 24.? Concrete Lego Blocks, 200 each, 5? X 30? X 24. Delivery 90 Days ARO. Contractor may be permitted to set up manufacturing process at the delivery location. The quote must list the DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. All contractors doing business with the federal government must be registered in CCR. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Services will be performed at Avon Park, 18th ASOG Det 1, 29 South Blvd, Avon Park Range, Florida, 33825-9381. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Performance will start 10 days after award and should be completed within 90 days after award.
