Description

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures with Whitman College, Biology Department, Walla Walla, Washington 99362 to sponsor the 2005 Dissertations Initiative for the Advancement of Limnology and Oceanography (DIALOG) to be held at Dauphin Island Sea Lab, Dauphin Island, Alabama from December 3-10, 2005. Notwithstanding the Government?s intent to negotiate this requirement on a sole source basis with Whitman College under the authority of 41 USC 253 (c) (1), responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 15 days of posting this notice.
