- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-05-T-1101 applies and is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334417. The business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. The government requires new components/equipments in response to this solicitation. Offerors must identify any used, reconditioned, remanufactured, and recovered government material on t! heir quotes. The vendor shall provide descriptive literature for all equal item(s). If offeror provide ?or equal? item(s) and does not provide descriptive literature by 01 September 2005, the submitted quotes will be considered as non-responsive. The agency need is for: Item No. 0001 Quantity: 2 Each Heavy Duty Display FFP Model# 31167. size, 48" x 18" x 70".Tempered Safety Glass is appropriate for high traffic areas. DELIVERY: Shall be FOB Destination to Defense Distribution San Joaquin Tracy Depot Bldg 30 CCP, 25600 Chrisman Road, Tracy CA 95376. All material awarded under this contract are expected to be delivered within 30 days after the order is placed with the successful offeror.
