- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received from interested parties. NOTE: The RFQ due date remains unchanged. Q1: As per the posted modification: '...Work can be done offsite, but visits to the Pentagon for briefings and progress reports are required...', how many visits will be required? A1: The government estimates 6-8 meetings over the course of the contract. Q2: As per the modification: '...Potential contractors are required to demonstrate competency in conducting econometric studies. ...', does the potential contractor have to demonstrate competency with specifically econometric studies or may the potential contractor show competency with other statistical models that correlate with the concepts used in economtetric modeling? A2: Competency with other statistical models such as regression analysis that have correlates to econometric modeling will be acceptab le. Q3: Can a permanent resident green card holder in the process of obtaining U.S. citizenship work on this project? A3: American Citizenship is not required, but permanent resident green card is required. Q4: Please clarify if this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). A5: Request for Quotes No further questions will be considered.
