- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement number FA4427-05-Q-0048, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 and Defense DCN 20050726. The solicitation/acquisition listed here is 100% small business set aside (or as applicable). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3695. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3561. The North American Industry Classification System is 333911 and the associated business size standard is 500 Employees . If (2) two or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001 AbrasiveJet Table 55100/Pump P4055V 1 each, Item 0002 Reverse Osmosis System 1 each, Item 0003 Water softener 1 each, Item 0004 Closed Loop System w/Chiller (two pumps) 1 each, Item 0005 Pump rebuild Kit 1 each, Item 0006 12 Spare mixing tubes 1 each, and Item 0007 12 spare orifices 1 each. Item(s) shall be delivered to FOB point Travis AFB, CA no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition.
