- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fpo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to make a sole source purchase of the following: Qty. 10 ? Model 1505 Programmable Stream Processor (PDSP) Boards from the manufacturer Acroamatics at 70 South Kellogg Avenue, Suite A, Goleta, Georgia 93117-3417. The PDSP board is manufactured by Acroamatics using proprietary technology to existing systems. The purchase order shall be firm fixed price. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All items are ! to be priced FOB Destination Dahlgren, Virginia. DOD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Registration can be completed by accessing the CCR Web Site at http://www.ccr.gov. A paper registration form may be obtained from the DOD Electronic Commerce Information Center at (800) 334-3414. Electronic proposals are encouraged at XDS11@nswc.navy.mil or may be faxed to (540) 653-7088 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: Code XDS119, Building 183, First Floor, Room 102, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
