Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Textron Systems for the procurement of ECP 598 installation and check spares for unique electrical components within the Servocylinder Test Station (STS) Electronic Control Console (ECC). A quantity of fifteen (15) each of the following electrical component items will be procured: p/n 88003461-101 Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) UUT Solenoid, p/n 88003259-102 CCA Oscillator, p/n 88002815-102 CCA LVDT Conditioner, p/n 88002847-103 DSP Assembly, p/n 88002635-102 CCA Discrete I/O, p/n 88003345-102 CCA ADAS, p/n 88003463-101 Drawer Bus Interface, p/n 88002801-102 CCA Backplane, p/n 88003382-101 CCA DC Pressure, p/n 88002814-102 CCA FLO Servo, p/n 88002639-102 CCA RDT Conditioner, p/n 88002995-101 CCA Bridge, p/n 88002813-101 CCA AC Signal, p/n 88002803-101 CCA Pulse Period, p/n 88003462-101 CCA Position Decoder, p/n 88001921-001 Relay DC, p/n 88001969-001 Relay Power Control AC, p/n 88003261-101 Digital Multimeter Assembly, p/n 87501905-101 Encoder Motion Converter Assembly. This procurement is to support Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Spain, Kuwait and Malaysia Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and USN/USMC spares requirements. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
