- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W911RZ-05-T-0029. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effe ct through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20050726. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 4326 90. List of contract line item number and item, quantities and units of measure. ALL ITEMS SHALL BE QUOTED FOB DESTINATION. Item # 0001-Sincgars Radio Test System with GRM 122. Aerofex Part No. RCTS-001. QTY 2 EA. These items must have the capability to in terface with existing systems and will be used to trouble shoot and repair SINCGARS Radio Sets. Both airborne and ground cables are required. The item is to be delivered to DOL-Central Receiving Point, Wickersham & Chiles-Bldg 330, Fort Carson, CO 80913. A ll offerors must have completed their online representations and certifications to be considered for award of this project.
