Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to issue a purchase order to Engagent Inc of Kenmore, Washington on a sole source basis for the following: [1] Maintenance renewal for Engagent Sentry II Servers for CDER [2] Preconfigured Watches Reports [3] New Sentry II Licenses for Servers. This award is being issued on a sole source basis because the servers run proprietary software and is the copyrighted intellectual property of Engagent Inc. and can only be obtained from Engagent Inc. No REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Not withstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting FDA?s requirement as stated herein may submit a capability statement, which if received by 3 pm Eastern, 29 August 2005 will be considered. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses or questions regarding this posting must be in writing and can be sent via email to John.Peters@FDA.GOV. No phone calls will be accepted.
