- This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333911 and the Size Standard 500 employees. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued from Purchase Request F2BBA5220A100. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 effective 27 July 2005. The Government intends to award a purchase order with one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) for a Leybold Vacuum (Trivac d25bcs System, PFPE). QTY/Unit of Measure: 1 Each; FOB and Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.211-6, if quoting on a brand name or equal, the offeror must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic(s). Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with the offer.
