Description

Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform monthly inspections and preventative maintenance on the A.B. Dick Offset Duplicator, model # 9810, SN 5722, and A.B. Dick Offset Press, model # 9870, SN# 60876, both are located in building 110, room 1G108 of the Uptown Division of the Augusta, GA VAMC. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be advertised as 100% Small Business set-a-side with NAICS code 421420 with a size standard of 500 employees. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing on company letterhead to include telephone number, fax number and point of contact to the Network Contracting Activity (509/10N7NLO), Augusta VAMC, Attn: Calvin Thomas, Contract Specialist, Bldg 110, Room 2E116, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904 or faxed to Calvin Thomas @ (478) 274-5815.
