Description

Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for the execution, installation, and completion the construction of a new USPS owned facility, MAIN POST OFFICE of approximately 19,900 square feet, plus a 14,900 square-foot garage, in Elk River, Minnesota, on USPS owned property of approximately 192,578 square feet. The contractor must carry out the noted selective demolition, repairs, and construct upgrades, including all incidental work described in/on the contrat documents. Estimated construction cost range is between $3.5 and $3.8 Million. The performance period is 270 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. ONLY THE FOLLOWING PRE-QUALIFIED FIRMS WILL BE ALOWED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS: Morcon Construction, Inc., 5905 Golden Valley Rd., Minneapolis, MN 55422-4463; PCL Construction Services, Inc., 12200 Nicollet Ave. So., Burnsville, MN 55337-1647; DEW Corporation, 2125 Century Ave., No. St. Paul, MN 55109-4100; and McGough Construction, Inc., 2737 Fairview Ave No., St. Paul, MN 55113-1307. Subcontractors may secure a copy of the plans and specifications from the pre-qualified contractors. Plans and specifications are available to other interested parties at a cost determined by the printer from A&D DRAFT-AID INC., P.O Box 40877, Denver, CO 80204-0877, (303) 573-5757, FAX (303) 573-8714. Mail check or money order payable to: A&D DRAFT-AID. Visa or MasterCard will be accepted. Mail or FAX your request with your credit card number to A&D DRAFT-AID. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offeror and the amount of the contract will be released as public information. The number of offerors, their names, and the amount of their offers WILL NOT BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION.
