Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Dow Jones Company for the provision of on-line searchable access of current and historical information to the Wall Street Journal, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a). The period of performance for this award: A base and four one-year options. Dow Jones Company is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
