Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: CLIN 0001 Jerr-Dan Model 410T2B-8, 24? 10 Ton Steel Wrangler Roll-Back, Quantity 1 each. Specifications are as follows: 1) front double acting cylinders with chrome rods; 2) diamond steel decking; 3) six (6) tie-down keyslot (2-front, 2 mid, 4 rear); 4) lo-pro heavy duty approach tip; 5) dual keyslot strips along inside of deck; 6) 20,000 lb. Worm gear winch in lieu of 12,000 lb. Winch; 7) wireless remote control for winch functions; 8) pair 1? ?D? rings abreast of winch; 9) federal ?solaris? led strobe light bar; 10) two (2) each 60? x 18? x 18? steel tool boxes with stainless steel doors; 11) trailer air hook-up on rear of bed; 12) 1200/12000 #2.5? reese hitch for 4000# wheel lift; 13) no lube pivot system and slide pads; 14) hydraulic rear dock stabilizer; 15) lo-profile deck, 2.25? mini I beams on ?8? centers; 16) two (2) each chain binder trays; 17) locking chain racks on headboard; 18) 102? wide deck with stake pockets and rubrail with pipe spools; 19) tensioner plate on winch drum; 20) work lights at winch; 21) deluxe steel headboard with window screen; 22) Pto with air shift; 23) seven (7) way trailer connector plug; 24) switch panel with circuit breakers; 25) lengthen chassis frame to required length; 26) led body lights including reverse lights; 27) prime and paint roll-back body (black); 18) installation onto government supplied 1992 Chevrolet C6500 Chassis must be performed in accordance with Jerr-Dan factory specifications and by an authorized Jerr-Dan Factory Distributor. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery Date: 30 days after date of contract. Deliver to: NSWDG, 1636 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23461-2299. Submit written offers; oral orders will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04 effective 8 June 2005.
