This solicitation is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 13. The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQs) for the resurface of asphalt parking at the maintenance building and the headquarter's office at Tuskegee Institute NHS in Tuskegee Institute, Alabama to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and services for the asphalt resurfacing. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about September 7, 2005. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work site is located at the Maintenance Facility and the Headquarter's Office at Tuskegee Institute NHS in Tuskegee Institute, Alabama. Solicitation Number Q5680050010 is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code for this project is 238990 and small business size standard is $12.0 million. Contract duration is 45 calendar days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
