Description

This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: R415, SIC Code: 7375, NAICS Code: 518111. The size standard for this code is $21,000,000.00. Sources Sought/Notice of Intent to negotiate with one source, First American Real Estate Solutions, Sacr amento California, who is the sole provider of the single-platform data and map products for all 58 counties in California, tandem of tin client (web-based), TCP/IP (internet delivery to local application), dial-up, CD-ROM & published medium delivery capab ilities. Also dual services of property identification, mapping information, title search documentation, sales information and comparables sales documentation throughout the United States. All interested parties may respond or submit statements of qualif ications. Responses must include specific information as to the firms capabilities. Small business and 8(a) respondents must discuss their ability to perform 50% of the labor dollars with their own employees. All potential sources must identify their b usiness size. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Government will consider responses received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed con tract is within the discretion of the Government. All responses are due in not later than 29 AUG 05/1300 hrs (1:00 pm PST). This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code R415, SIC 7375 and NAICS Code 518111. The size standard for this procurement is $21,000,000.00.
