Description

The following questions regarding this requirement and responses thereto are provided below. 1) Does the Government have an estimate of the Level of Effort (LOE) required for any contract that could be awarded as result of the Notice in either number of hours or number of personnel? Answer: This requirement is performance based; as such the staffing level is the determination of each offeror. The Government estimate for this effort is $848,000.00 for the base year and $4,494,000.00 for the total effort. 2) Is this SSN referring to new work or is it associated with a follow on to an existing effort? If the latter, who is the incumbent and what was the level of effort on any prior effort? Answer: The incumbent contractor is AT&T Government Solutions contract number DASW01-03-F-0240 dollar value of $2,127,531.49 with a period of perormance of 1 November 2002 through 31 October 2005. 3) If this SSN refers to work that is not a direct follow on to existing work, is there currently a contractor providing similar services and if so can you tell us who that contractor is? Answer: See previous question. 4) Do you have an estimated start date or award date for any contract that comes out of this SSN? Answer: The draft SOO provides this information. 5) Is it known what type of contract the government expects to award if this SSN becomes a procurement: CPFF, FFP, T&M, other Answer: The Government expects to award a FFP performance based contract.
