Description

Following are required physical, functional and performance specifications: ( a) Hydraulic Fluid: MIL-PRF-83282 Fluid only; (b) Standards: Meets NFPA, NEC, SAE, JIC, ASME and ANSI standards; (c) Fluid Flow: Up to 15 GPM; (d) Operating Pressure: Up to 3,500 PSI; (e) Color: Desert Sand; (f) 25 ft. Pressure Hose; (g) 25 ft. Return Hose; (h) Voltage: (220)230V/60HZ/3PH; (i) Pyrometer: Temperature Gauge to monitor return oil temperature; (j) Hand Pump: To be used for reservoir service or component testing; (k) Electric Filter Clogged Indicator: Sensor to detect pressure between fi lter input and output with a panel warning light to detect need for filter change; (l) Electric Overtemperature: Sensor to the return system of the hydraulic cart to shut down before it overheats; and (m) Return Back Pressure: Adjustable back pressure valve that prevents aircraft reservoir from draining back to unit reservoir.
