Description

MODIFICATION 03 DATED 23 AUGUST 2005 SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS DESCRIPTION. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and associated items and services necessary to provide Base Supply/Support Function services. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing Mobility Bags and Mobility Readiness Spares Packages (MSRP); providing bench stock in coordination with supported activities; maintaining and operating an individual Equipment Unit retail service; establishing, coordinating and operating supply points in support of repair cycle functions; performing inventories to maintain stock record accuracy. Management functions include: providing procedures and analysis and performing planning. Operations support, and administrative duties for the supply organization. Other supply activities include non-accountable equipment; responsibility for requisition, excesses, local manufacture, DRMO withdrawals, special levels, and quality deficiency reports; ensuring accurate input of supply item requests; controlling and requisitioning mission capability requirements; storing, accounting for, and inventory of munitions; and maintaining completed files of accountable documents and computer operations support for the base supply function. The anticipated basic period of performance is 9 months, with up to eight one-year option periods. Point of contact is Michelle Shaw at email michelle.shaw@tinker.af.mil.
