Description
DTFH70-05-R-00011 Response date: 11/15/2005 Archive date: Manual ID PFH 60-1(1), Salmon River Road, Nez Perce National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho. The solicitation will be issued under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible proposer whose offer, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), will be the Best Value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. THE EVALUATION AND AWARD CRITERIA WILL BE PUBLISHED PRIOR TO ISSUING THE SOLICITATION. This solicitation will be bid with a BASE schedule, OPTION A , and OPTION B. THIS WORK CONSISTS OF grading, rock excavation, drainage, base, paving, structures, and utility conduit PROJECT LENGTHS: BASE14.520 km, OPTION A 0.3690 km, and OPTION B 2.720 km. Work shall be completed by July 31, 2008. Estimated PRICE RANGE is over $10,000,000.00. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
