Description

The United States Marshals Service, District of South Carolina, is soliciting quotes for cell phone service for its offices located in South Carolina for the period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. If any interested party believes it can meet the requirements, the party must submit a statement of capabilities. Interested parties must be able to provide Direct Connect and provide monthly detailed statements. The capability statement, quotes, and any other information must be in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the United States Marshals Service to determine if the party can meet the requirements. Offers must also be accompanied by descriptive literature, warrants, and/or other information that demonstrates the offer meets all requirements. Collect calls will not be accepted. The determination to compete or not compete this contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
